About Thaba Trails
Thaba Trails can best be described as a slice of paradise, offering a unique experience in the heart of Jozi. A safari in the City of Gold can be an exhilarating experience, whether by bike or in your tekkies! This is the gathering place for anyone wanting to have their eyes touched by the soul of Africa – from beginners to the elite, whether 5 or 95, whether by bike or on foot, whether alone, with your besties or your fur family, we have a trail for everyone! Trails inside Thaba Eco Park provide breathtakingly beautiful views of the Klipriversberg range and surrounding areas with a surprising variety of wildlife. This hidden gem offers respite from city life, reminders of Africa, freedom to explore, and excellent coffee. Meet with friends for a walk, spend mindful time alone, or have a guided team-building experience. Bring your dog on a “Snifari” through our wetlands, that is completely fenced off and separate to the rest of the Eco Park, with no distractions of a wildebeest stampede!
